The recreation module on the (fictional) ISS has a sophisticated environmental control capabilities. It can precisely control the room temperature, humidity and even lighting. With precise configuration, it can be converted into a dry sauna room. Off course, it cannot be configured for steam sauna room since moisture and droplet can be dangerous in zero gravity environment. Also, there is no way to exhaust the excessive steam or water out of the module. So, a dry sauna room is the best we can have in space. Our girls are now enjoying the sauna session in a dry sauna room with an astonishing view of our planet. While sauna is fun, each person has different level of endurance when in the sauna. One can last longer in the sauna, while other one is on the verge of collapsing. Well, never force yourself to stay in the sauna room for a long time, and remember to stay hydrated.
