Title: Backroll!
Finished: August 05, 2025
There are various entry methods in diving, one of which is the backroll entry. This method is often used when a giant stride entry is not possible, such as when entering from a small boat. To perform a backroll entry, a diver sits on the very edge of the boat hull, with one hand on the goggles and the other hand on the regulator or behind the head. After making sure there's no obstacles behind, lean back, pull legs toward the body and splash down. Today, our girls will performing this method since they are onboard a dinghy. One has already performed her backroll entry, while the other is watching and waiting for an OK sign before performing her backroll. With their careful and calculated performance, there's nothing to worry about.
